Introduction

When life hits you hard, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Powellm18 faced not only an injury and surgery, but also the death of a close friend and depression over a two year period. However, they have finally found their way back on track and lost 14lbs in just 6.5 months.

Challenges faced

Powellm18 experienced a range of challenges that would make anyone struggle with their mental health. After an injury and surgery, they were no longer able to play soccer, which had been a significant part of their life. The death of a close friend then added to this emotional burden, leading to a two year period of depression.

Getting back on track
