Realizing how being fed up with weight gain can help you lose weight
After getting out of a 2.5 year relationship, Reddit user AznInvazn57 realized just how much weight he had gained, and decided he was fed up with it and needed to change. He started lifting halfway through May, but unfortunately had to take a month-long vacation to South Korea a few weeks into the program which caused him to only hit the gym twice during the whole month. However, he persevered and still managed to lose 16lbs in 2.5 months.
