The Trigger

Losing a loved one can be a major trigger for lifestyle changes; this was true for EastDallasMatt. After losing his father, he decided to take action and live a healthier life.

Starting Small

EastDallasMatt started his journey with walking and jogging. He lost 30 lbs, but knew he needed guidance to continue his progress.

The Right Combination

After joining CrossFit and eating a Paleo diet, EastDallasMatt saw great results. However, it wasn't until he attended a nutrition seminar that he learned how to properly follow the Paleo/Zone diet and really started seeing improvement.

Results

After eight weeks of following the Paleo/Zone diet and continuing with CrossFit, EastDallasMatt lost 12.1 lbs of fat, gained 3.7 lbs of muscle, and dropped his body fat by 5.2%.
