At the age of 42, OttoKing decided that it was time to do something about her weight. She started her diet and fitness regimen in January 2014 and made the commitment to herself to lose weight and get healthier.

To achieve her weight loss goal, OttoKing counted calories and made sure she stayed around 1200 calories per day. She used the Fatsecret app on her phone to keep track of everything she ate and weighed all her food to be sure that her counts were accurate.
