A Reddit user, iamblogless, shared her incredible weight loss journey that started in June 2020. At that time, she was morbidly obese, diabetic, and suffering from abdominal pain episodes due to a fatty liver. This motivated her to start a new medication that made her sensitive to certain foods.

She began by cutting fats and counting calories, consuming between 1200 to 1500 calories per day. She also found that volume eating and reducing meat helped her diet goals. In terms of exercising, she started to be more active by walking and doing mild workouts like yoga and VR games.

In June 2021, after a year of hard work, she reached her goal weight of 58 kg, from a BMI of 41 to 21. Along the way, she got rid of her diabetes and high blood pressure medications, and now only takes thyroid meds.

Of course, with significant weight loss, she had loose skin around her body, especially in the stomach, for which she had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, completing her transformation.

This Reddit user's weight loss journey is an inspiring story of determination and perseverance. Her successes are the product of hard work, good habits, and the willingness to try new things in terms of medication, diet, and exercise. This is a reminder for others struggling with their weight that it's never too late to start their own journey to a healthier and happier life.
