Introduction
Discover the inspiring weight loss journey of one man who took control of his life, changed his habits, and shed 90lbs over the course of a year.
Starting Slow: Introducing Change Gradually
For RegalTanne, the hardest change was starting off slow and introducing change over a longer period of time rather than forcing it on himself. He started with 16 hours of fasting, did that for a week, then 20 hours of fasting for another week, and eventually ended up doing OMAD. The same goes with fitness. He started riding his bicycle for 10 km a day, then 15, then 20 km etc. He reminds others, “You gotta learn to be kind to yourself. That one takes a lot of effort as well :)”
OMAD and Exercise
RegalTanne started doing OMAD and a lot of riding his bicycle (~3000 km this year). One of the best changes he felt in his life was that he no longer sweated in the summer when he moved even a little bit. (No more sweat! Hooray!)
Results and Progress
Despite not hitting his goal weight, RegalTanne shed an impressive 90lbs over the course of a year. His progress serves as an inspiration for others who, like him, may have struggled with weight loss for years. Small progress is still progress! Remember to be kind to yourself when introducing change.
Conclusion
The journey to weight loss may not always go as planned, but small, gradual changes add up to big results. RegalTanne's story is proof of that. Remember, if he can do it, so can you! Try out these tips and create a healthier, happier version of yourself.
