F/23/5’7” [170lbs > 160lbs] August 2021 ➡️ November 2021. Just stopped by to show some minor face gains! I stopped drinking and got back into doing a bit of home exercise. 10lbs down and 20 away from my GW which I hope to reach by next June 😊
