F/27/5’4 [171>140=31 pounds] (10 weeks) 9 pounds of it was a baby to be fair. I started physiotherapy for muscle separation and core recovery two weeks ago and since then my composition has really improved. 5-10 pounds to go to reach my prepregnancy weight. Ignore my bed head.
