M/24/5’7” [217lbs > 158lbs > 179lbs currently = 59lbs lost, 21lbs gained] 49 months. Started in the gym because I hated looking in the mirror… the picture on the right was the first one I took of myself 8 months in because I hated the way I looked… here’s to always improving!
