Motivation and Approach

ModestyBlaise mentioned that she’s always been an emotional eater and has been struggling with her weight for years. She’s motivated to take the BTFC7 challenge to overcome her unhealthy relationship with food, become stronger, and create a sustainable lifestyle in reaching a healthier weight. She plans also to take progress pictures and measurements throughout the 12-week journey.
