Introduction

At the age of 23, this male reddit user stood at 5'6" and weighed 160 pounds. He began his journey by bulking, but soon realized that he wanted to change more than just his body mass.

The Struggle with Unhealthy Habits

Hindered by his unhealthy habits, this reddit user decided to take a step back from smoking and drinking, and focus on his diet. He began eating healthier foods and cutting back on alcohol and cigarettes.

The Workout Routine

Alongside proper nutrition, this user started to work out by signing up to a gym in his area. Although it was tough at first, he was determined. This man hasn't worked out since he was 17 or 18 years old, and it was a difficult transition. But as time went by, he got more used to the routine and even started to enjoy the workouts.

Results and More Changes

After a while, he started to cut and lose some of his previously gained weight, while also defining his abs and finally getting the muscles he always wanted. By graduation day, he met his goal of a 150 pound weight with abs, marking the end of the contest. He also became more conscious about his personal health which made him achieve another important goal of quitting smoking for good. Since then, he plans on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, by continuing to work out and eat well.

Try it Out.

While this journey may be unique to this particular user, anyone can achieve similar results by exercising, eating well, and establishing healthy habits. By setting your own fitness goals and sticking to them, you can become healthier, happier and more confident in yourself.
