Setting the Scene

At 22 years old and 5'2'', schupsss weighed around 205 pounds. But after graduating college and entering the 9-5 working world, she drastically changed her habits and lost more than 50 pounds.

Finding a Passion for Exercise

Schupsss credits running and dancing for helping her shed the pounds. She competed in a 5K and enrolled in dance classes to keep up her physical activity. These activities also brought her joy and helped keep her motivated.

The Importance of a Regular Schedule

Schupsss admits to having an unhealthy college lifestyle of late-night eating and drinking. With a set work schedule, she was able to eat regular meals at consistent times. Having a set schedule made it easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Feeling Amazing Inside and Out
