35 Year Old Man Sees Great Results From Cico and Cardio Regimen

M/35/5’10” [190>160=30 lbs] (4 Months) 4 months of CICO and cardio. Got some encouragement after my last post to add some body weight exercises, and I’m starting to see the difference after two weeks. Everyone on this sub has been such a great motivator for me every day. Thank you all!

This man has lost 30lbs in 4 months by following a CICO (calories in, calories out) diet and doing cardio exercises. He recently started adding body weight exercises to his routine after encouragement from others, and is already seeing a difference. He is thankful for the motivation he gets from the reddit community.
