The Struggle to Keep the Weight Off

After losing weight, zybk found herself gaining it back from a new relationship, psych meds, and depo provera. She started off at 144 lbs, and her progress pictures show her at 135 and 133 lbs. Her measurements have gone from 39/31.5/40.5 to 37/29/38.5.

Trying a New Diet

At first, zybk tried keto but found it too restrictive and miserable. She instead opted for calorie counting, consuming 1100-1400 calories per day of meat, veggies, yogurt, and bits of grains and root vegetables.

Exercise Routine

Zybk tries to keep up with blogilates videos and a bodyweight routine, as well as going for long walks. However, stress sometimes gets in the way and hinders her progress.

From Setbacks to Success

Zybk posts her progress pictures to remind herself of how far she's come, and notes that even small amounts of weight loss can make a big difference on a short frame. She emphasizes the importance of self-confidence and the psychological effects of seeing progress pictures.

Takeaway Message

Zybk's weight loss journey highlights the challenge of overcoming setbacks but also the impact of small lifestyle changes. Trying different diets and exercise routines can be helpful, but it's important to find what works best for your body and lifestyle. As zybk mentions, progress pictures can be a powerful tool for motivation and self-reflection.
