Introduction

As a 15-year-old, I was tired of being labeled as skinnyfat. I decided to embark on a weight loss journey and change my lifestyle for the better. Three months into my journey, I have reached my initial cutting goal and I'm seeking advice on where to go next.

My Journey

I started my weight loss journey at 136lbs and stood at a height of 5'4". I made the decision to count my calories and focus on high-protein foods while simultaneously maintaining my workouts. The first few days were tough, but it was all a matter of dedication, motivation and forming a habit. Within the first month, I had dropped down to 128lbs and continued to shed more weight as I progressed.

Achieving my Cutting Goal

After three months, I am proud to say that I have hit my cutting goal and now weigh 120lbs. My experience has taught me that weight loss is all about forming good habits, discipline, and staying motivated throughout the process. I made small changes in my diet such as cutting out junk food and replacing them with healthier alternatives. Small changes make a significant impact.

What's Next?

Now that I've achieved my initial goal, I'm seeking advice on my next steps. I plan to maintain my weight loss and perhaps start a clean bulk. I also want to focus on building muscle mass, but I'm not sure what my next steps should be. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. My journey may not be over yet, but I'm excited to see what the future holds and find new ways to improve my lifestyle.

Conclusion

My weight loss journey has been a life-changing experience, and I am proud of the progress I have made over the past three months. My advice to anyone beginning their weight loss journey is to start small and make changes in your lifestyle that will help you sustain your progress. Be patient with yourself, and stay committed to your goals. Remember, small steps lead to big results.
