Introduction

Yungbaoyom's remarkable weight loss journey from being obese to being fit has recently been the talk of the town. From dropping down from 240 lbs to 148 lbs in 2 years, Yungbaoyom has shown that being consistent with a routine can make all the difference.

The Journey

Yungbaoyom's journey towards being fit began with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and cutting weight. After losing a considerable amount of weight, he incorporated weight training using the pyramid rep scheme and increased his workout time with cardio exercise. Nowadays, he follows a custom version of 5x5 to keep his training varied and prevent workout boredom.

The Meal Plan

Yungbaoyom also followed a strict diet plan, tracking his macros to ensure that he meets his daily calorie intake. Although he sometimes skips tracking on weekends, he remains cautious of what he eats. He believes that a personalized and specific plan that works well for the individual is essential for attaining success.

Maintaining Body Fat %

Yungbaoyom's current body fat is 7.5%, but he believes that it may not be accurate. Realistically, it is around 10-12%, and he maintains it since he loves fitness, gym, and everything about healthy living. He recently began tracking his macros for the week and taking a break on the weekends to keep things from becoming too dull.

Conclusion

Yungbaoyom's journey demonstrates the importance of being consistent with a routine and persistence in achieving fitness goals. He believes that a personal plan and enjoyment of physical exercise can make all the difference. With routine, consistency, and the right diet and exercise plan, everyone has equal opportunities to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle.
