Success from Cooperative Effort

After graduation, Vomitassault became heavily disheartened by her weight. Fortunately, two of her coworkers began their weight-loss journey around the same time, leading them to work together towards their goals. This proved to be successful as her boss lost 50 lbs and her coworker lost 76 lbs while Vomitassault droped 67 lbs.

Routine and Diet

Vomitassault used MyFitnessPal to track her diet while mainly focusing on sticking to a strict vegan diet for five days each week. She also had cheat meals every Sunday to stave off food fatigue. Vomitassault eventually increased her calories to 1400 or less to make this journey more manageable. She began with light exercises to work on her endurance before progressing to four days of jogging every week. Her endurance increased from one mile to five miles, indicating improved fitness levels.

Maintenance and Balance

Now that she has achieved her target weight, Vomitassault is focusing on balance and maintenance with a healthy 1800-calories-per-day diet, yoga, and jogging three to four days a week. Her biggest concern is falling back into bad habits, and she weighs herself three times a week to keep herself in check. Vomitassault uses her social drinking time to stick strictly to vodka and soda avoiding over-consuming extra calories.

Plateau and Challenges

Vomitassault encountered several plateaus, especially at 155 lbs. Overcoming these challenges was challenging, but she persevered to reach her target weight. Vomitassault also lost a considerable amount from her boobs, from DD to B cup. Despite these challenges, she is proud of her achievement and maintains a confident mind with routine and exercises.
