Inspiration for a Healthy Life

Mizani07's weight loss journey began because of her boyfriend's inspiring 125lbs loss. She started working out 4-5 times a week and eating healthy. Her workout routine includes running 2 miles on the treadmill per day on 6+ mph and jogging one more mile on the elliptical. For lifting, she does 2 or 3 arm days, 1 chest and back day, and 1 ab day. She does not focus on her legs because they are already toned. Her diet includes no fast food, little junk food, one or two naughty meals out of the week, and tracking calorie intake with the MyFitnessPal app.

No Specific Diet Plan Required

Mizani07 does not follow any particular diet guide except making sure to eat healthy. She consumes about 1200 calories a day and does not add calories back in even though she works out. She loves working out and feels good when she eats well. Her body is finally showing results with compliments, encouragement, and support from fellow gym-goers. She is comfortable at 110 or 115, but she does not go by the scale anymore due to the muscles she is gaining.

Sticking to a Strong Workout Routine

Mizani07's dedication to her workout routine can be seen in her running, jogging, and elliptical routine plus weight lifting. She avoids letting the weight lifting become easy, bumping it up when necessary. She mixes up her lifting exercises to avoid boredom. Mizani07 is not following any particular guide but instead created her own way of eating and living healthier. She is conscious of her body, watching her form while taking lifting one step at a time.
