Thats_Justice tips and recommendations

Thats_Justice had an exceptional evolution over the four years, and here are some of his tips for anyone who wishes to achieve their weight and body goals. He recommended watching the amount of carbohydrates you eat when you want to lose fat. The cardio is also essential when you want to shed body fat.

Compound training

Thats_Justice mentioned that he did not do much direct ab work or cardio. He would, however, do compound lifts like deadlifts and squats regularly. These lifts work the core muscles, which makes it easier to develop abs. He believed that compound lifts negate the necessity of doing accessory ab work.

HIIT program

Thats_Justice's workout routine could have also contributed to his success in his weight gain journey. He used a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that helped him lose fat and weight fast. HIIT workouts are known to burn calories effectively with short but high-intensity bursts of physical activity, and it helped Thats_Justice burn fat without forcing him to reduce his calorie intake too low.

Never give up

Thats_Justice's journey took four years, and it was not an easy path. He encountered several challenges and setbacks, but he persevered, and today he is proud of his success story. Thats_Justice's story motivates us to keep going, especially when things get tough, and that the journey to hit our weight and body goals is met with obstacles. But, nothing is impossible!
