M/16/5'6 [107lbs > 112lbs = 5lbs] (7 months) I've been working out and so far I've absolutely loved the progress I've made. My aim was to not lose weight, but to try and gain muscle mass because I have a very high metabolism and I've been trying to gain more weight. What do you guys think? :)
