Committing to the Journey

Starting at 245 pounds, F/27/5'11 knew something had to change. After seeing pictures of herself at a friend's wedding, she decided to commit to losing weight.

Creating a Sustainable Plan

F/27/5'11 started tracking her calories and aiming for a daily intake of around 1,500-1,600 calories. She also started incorporating more whole foods into her diet and cooking at home more often. She found that by making small changes over time, she was able to create a sustainable plan for herself.

Building a Support Network

Throughout her weight loss journey, F/27/5'11 found that building a support network was crucial. She connected with like-minded individuals on Reddit and regularly posted updates on her progress. Additionally, she found support from her friends and family, who would cook healthy meals with her and join her for outdoor activities.
