His Weight Loss Regimen
HarrisonnB had a gym routine for the first two months of his weight loss journey. He had a four to five day schedule in which he focused on a different muscle group per day with boxing or MMA on Wednesdays. After two months, he reduced his routine to 20 minutes of cardio a day and then to a 30-minute run each day after another month. He also tries to balance out his shoulder imbalance by doing an extra repetition or two per set on his weaker shoulder.
Diet Changes
HarrisonnB cut out processed, sugary, and carb-heavy foods. He also ensured that he had a calorie deficit every day and did tons of cardio in the process. He believes that before every meal, he must evaluate whether it is beneficial towards his weight loss journey or not.
