Aiming for Thin, Achieving Skinny
SilentAngel started his weight loss journey with the goal of getting thin and aimed for a target weight of 150 pounds. After 1.5 years of doing crunches, sit-ups, and outdoor activities, he managed to reach his goal weight, but remained a skinny kid.
Hitting the Gym for Muscle Gain
As SilentAngel was still being picked on even after getting thin, he hit the gym and started eating a clean diet of 3000 calories daily consisting of chicken, rice, fish, and whole foods. He packed on muscle, but it took him around 3 years to reach his current body weight. He stresses that persistence and dedication will help you reach your goal, but results will take time.
SilentAngel's Workout and Diet Regimen
SilentAngel follows a workout routine where he dedicates specific days to specific muscle groups such as chest, shoulders, back, arms, and legs. He keeps his reps around 6-10 and does high volume for squats and leg press. For diet, he emphasizes the importance of a clean diet where necessary carbs, proteins, and fats are incorporated.
Compliments and Shock from Family Members
Friends and classmates were there throughout SilentAngel's weight loss journey, and he continues to receive compliments from them. However, SilentAngel expresses that he mostly gets complimented and shocked reactions from distant family members who haven't seen him in a while.
