Weightlifting

The user kept his weightlifting routine short but consistent. He recommended Kris Geithin's program for strength and pump. He did five sets of five reps and went for heavy reps over light reps. His stats in mid-November were: Squats - 205lbs Bench Press -150lbs Deadlifts - 205lbs Shoulder Press - 80lbs Barbell Rows - 155lbs He also wanted to gain ten more pounds of solid muscle by summer.

Cardio and Nutrition

For cardio, the user recommended daily cardio sessions, even on lifting days. He cut out fast food and soda and focused on whole foods such as fruits, veggies, boiled eggs, and chicken. While he did say he did not cut carbs, he did cut processed and pre-packaged foods. He did not follow a specific diet but was careful with what he ate.

No Stretch Marks and No Gyno

The user did not have any stretch marks. Concerning gynecomastia, he got it checked by a doctor before the transformation. He had a classic case of gyno, which meant his nipples were puffy even when he wore tight shirts. He shrunk his belly fat, but his chest size did not change. Hence, his chest looked normal only after a heavy chest workout or mid-July pic.

Hair Grooming

The user kept himself groomed with trimming, nair, or waxing, depending on which body part. He did not recommend using razors. He did not talk about how he got rid of back hair. He hoped to get his body ready for the beach and keep gaining ten pounds of solid muscle mass by summer.
