MissChache makes a huge accomplishment worth praising! Weight loss is certainly an uphill battle for many, but with determination, patience, and the right tools, it's achievable. MissChache, a M/26/5'10", was able to lose a remarkable 90 pounds in 11 months by undergoing a strict diet regimen.

MissChache had to overcome a lot of challenges to achieve his weight loss goal. First, he had to go through years of suffering due to an ankle injury sustained from a worker's compensation injury. This injury prevented him from walking for almost two years, and physical activity was not an option.

After he was able to walk again and had healed from the injury, MissChache made it his goal to lose the weight he had put on while he was inactive. Diet was his primary tool, and he opted to join Weight Watchers. However, he wasn't very strict with the program and found ways to manipulate his food, so he could eat a lot of fast food options he loved more often. He avoided eating foods high in points like cheese, bread, pasta, sweets, red meat, avocado, peanut butter, and regular butter.

Although he was able to achieve his weight loss goal, he noted that the diet may not be for everyone because it was not satisfying. He also advised that combining diet with exercise was a better option, and after shedding the 90 pounds, he incorporated the gym into his routine and has seen significant progress.

MissChache is undoubtedly an inspiration to many people, demonstrating that with determination and discipline, one can overcome even the most challenging circumstances. Whether you're struggling with weight loss, injury recovery, or other life issues, MissChache's story is inspiring and provides some tips on how to overcome barriers and work toward a healthier you!
