AfterAll, a 29-year-old Reddit user, decided that he had enough of being overweight and began his journey towards living a healthier life. After being at his heaviest weight of 330-350 pounds, he struggled to stay in the 280-260 range for five years before deciding that enough was enough.

Dedication Towards a Healthy Diet and Exercise Routine

Determined to shed the pounds, AfterAll started eating smart and being active. Although he didn't log his calorie intake, he had a good idea of what he was putting into his body, and his daily intake ranged from 1800-2600 depending on his activity level for each day. He also ate a low-carb diet of 40-100 based on the day. His physical activity level was extremely high, trying to bike for at least 50 miles a week, jogging another 15, and working out five days a week.

Change in Focus Towards Gaining Muscle

After a year of focused dedication, AfterAll changed his focus towards gaining muscle instead of shedding fat. Fuelled by his passion to never give up, he grew stronger and stronger, finally losing a total of 115 pounds in his journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
