Reddit user AndWhutxx lost 30lbs in just two to three months. This was achieved by hitting the gym hard and following an all-protein diet. He has also been doing cardio exercises thrice a week since he started his regime.

AndWhutxx's diet consists of eggs and whole wheat bread for breakfast, protein shake and banana or cheese sticks for lunch, and chicken breast or steak for dinner. He also does ab workouts every day, along with taking CLA and dietary supplements to increase metabolism.
