F/21/5'8" [160lbs > 145lbs = 15lbs] 6 months of more exercise, less weed and healthier food. Didn't think it'd make such a difference.

Exercise Was Key

BeardedRainbow began working out more frequently as part of her new lifestyle. She started doing Pilates, jogging, yoga and even joined a gym. She also walked more when commuting, rather than driving, and took up cycling. Her improved activity level helped her lose weight, build lean muscle mass, and improve her overall fitness.

Healthy Eating Habits Paid Off

To help her lose weight, BeardedRainbow ate healthier foods. She included more fruits and vegetables in her diet, and reduced her intake of sugar and processed foods. She also ate smaller meals more frequently throughout the day to support her new active lifestyle. These healthy eating habits also helped her improve her overall health and well-being.

Less Recreational Weed Helped too

BeardedRainbow also found that smoking less recreational weed helped her lose weight. She reduced her consumption by moving from weekend warrior mode to smoking only one or two joints a week, and only on free days or weekends. This change in habit resulted in fewer late-night snacks, which made a big difference in her weight loss progress.

Be Proud of Yourself

BeardedRainbow’s experience is a great reminder of the positive impact that small changes in lifestyle can make.
