From 380lbs to 200lbs in 7 Months

FatStackz's weight loss journey is truly inspiring. He was able to lose a whopping 180lbs in just 7 months through sheer determination, discipline, and hard work. His progress caught the attention of many people whose positive comments added fuel to his motivation to continue his journey.

Change in Eating and Drinking Habits

Before embarking on his weight loss journey, FatStackz was consuming around 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day. He then decided to cut down his daily calorie intake to 1,000, which he maintained throughout his journey. Moreover, he made a conscious decision to exclude soda and candy from his diet, significantly contributing to his weight loss.

Exercise Routine

In addition to changing his eating/drinking habits, FatStackz also intensified his exercise routine. Originally not a fan of physical activities, he gradually incorporated them into his daily routine, eventually finding the process enjoyable. He worked out for an hour each day, starting with cardio and then lifting weights, which helped him maintain his motivation and achieve his weight loss goals.

Fashion Sense Improved

Not only did FatStackz experience incredible health benefits from his weight loss journey, but he also found improvements in his fashion choices. Previously, he struggled to find clothes that fit his large size. Once he lost weight, he was able to wear the clothes he genuinely liked, making him feel more confident and comfortable.
