Dewwww, an 18 year old male, went from 293 to 195 pounds in just a few months through exercise and an improved diet. Here's how he did it, as taken from his Reddit post detailing his journey.

The Beginnings of Dewwww's Journey

In December, Dewwww weighed 293 pounds. For the next few months, he ran 4-6 miles daily and ate sparingly, often skipping breakfast and having roasted vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, or cauliflower for lunch. For dinner, he would have two chicken breasts with hot sauce. This alone helped him drop some weight, but he later began using a weight loss protein powder to speed up his metabolism.

Adjusting the Diet and Exercise Routine

After about two to three months, Dewwww started having to mix things up to keep making progress. He started taking whey protein before his runs and using it as his lunch replacement for a few months. Now, his routine looks something like this: breakfast is a Quest protein bar, followed by weightlifting for 45 minutes at 11:00. For lunch, he has a protein shake after exercising. At 2:30, he enjoys a Kashi granola bar for a snack. Dinner is a simple salad with chicken. He also drinks plenty of water.

The Road Ahead

Dewwww's story is an inspiring one that shows dedication and commitment to making healthy choices. Like anyone starting a fitness journey, he had to begin with small changes before sticking to a more rigorous plan. By sticking to his routine and being open to trying new things, he was able to transform his body and ultimately lose nearly 100 pounds in just a few months.

Final Thoughts

Though Dewwww's routine won't work for everyone, it serves as a good example of what can be accomplished through exercise and a healthy diet. His journey should encourage anyone looking to make changes in their own lives to take small steps first, and be willing to try new things. As Dewwww puts it, 'I hope I helped.'
