Diet is everything

In choosing her calorie amount, she aims for around 1,100 calories per day, which may seem like an unhealthy amount but is just right for someone who is not even 5 feet tall.

Starting out, i_eat_naners utilized a diet and exercise routine that consists of lifting weights 3-5x a week, cardio 2-3x a week, and tracking her macros and calories. She started seeing most of the weight loss during the past few months by strictly implementing her diet regimen.
