Introduction

Charmander12345 has been on the path of weight loss for some time now. She puts in a lot of effort into the gym and eating right, and has made remarkable progress along the way. She posts on Reddit to share her weight loss journey, and encourages others to try things out as well.

The Progress

Charmander12345's weight loss journey is one of continued progress. She started at 170lbs and has now reached a weight of 145lbs. Though her accomplishment may seem small compared to others, she's proud of it. A lot of her progress has come from eating right and portion control. She consumes around 1500 calories, mostly eating beans and avoiding animal products.

The Diet

Charmander12345's diet is centred around healthy eating. She drinks a green drink every day, comprising of two oranges, a cup of raw spinach, and a cup of romaine lettuce. This drink is full of antioxidants, which help in melting body fat. She also avoids animal products, except creamer in her coffee and the occasional hamburger. Charmander12345 keeps her calories restricted to around 1500, although she does admit to slipping up every so often.

Exercise Routine

Charmander12345's exercise routine is intense. She spends around 40 minutes every gym day running and walking on the treadmill, walking an incline of 10 for 200 calories and running on the treadmill for another 200. She then follows this up with toning exercises, such as squats, pull-ups, crunches, push-ups, back lifts, among others.
