Introduction

Read about CHooTZ's impressive weight loss journey, wherein he primarily relied on body-weight workouts instead of heavy equipment. Explore his nutrition changes that helped him lose 50lbs of weight in just 8 months!

Body Weight Workouts

CHooTZ created his bodyweight workout that consisted of 3 smaller workouts, each with 6 exercises designed to cover as many muscle groups as possible. Instead of heavy equipment, he only used a chin-up bar, weight set, and cooler as a bench. As he gets legwork outside of his workout routine via biking, longboarding, and taekwondo skills, he didn't incorporate too much legwork as a part of his routine.

Nutrition Changes

CHooTZ did not follow a specific diet plan. However, he tried to eliminate carbs from snacking as he was using up a disproportionate amount of his daily calories in between meals. He generally educated himself on nutrition to become more aware of what he was eating.

The Progress

CHooTZ lost 50 pounds in 8 months, from 225 lbs to 175 lbs. He used an exercise sheet to track his performance goal and kept tracking his progress. CHooTZ's exercise sheet shows that he made progress rapidly and lost weight steadily.

Conclusion

CHooTZ's weight loss progress shows that a body-weight workout can yield an impressive result. It also highlights the significance of nutrition awareness for significant weight loss. This progress is a testimony to what can be achieved with determination, motivation, and education. Are you ready to make a similar journey for yourself?
