Struggling to Find the Right Balance

For Reddit user riemanngraal, lifting for two years had provided only marginal results. Despite trying to bulk, he added a lot of fat and was unable to achieve his goal of becoming both strong and lean.

Intermittent Fasting and Cutting

Riemanngraal tried cutting down in combination with intermittent fasting over the past six months. However, he was still unable to lose the last few pounds of fat around his belly.

Advice from a Fellow Redditor

Fellow Redditor KumonRoguing advised riemanngraal to bulk and add at least 10lbs, stating that 6'2 160lbs was small. After asking for more advice, riemanngraal was advised to slowly raise his calorie intake to 3000 on workout days and 2500 on rest days.

Raising Calorie Intake and Starting Greyskull LP

Riemanngraal plans to slowly raise his calorie intake and start Greyskull LP to get his compound lifts up. He hopes this will help him achieve his goal of becoming both strong and lean, without adding too much fat.

Trying Things Out for Yourself

Every weight journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Riemanngraal's journey is a reminder to try different approaches and find the right balance for achieving your individual goals.
