Changing Diet and Habits over Months

For acbautista, transforming his diet was a huge part of his weight loss journey. He drank healthier drinks, switched to bran wheat and whole grains, stopped frying food, lowered dairy intake, and now makes sure he only consumes what his body can burn. acbautista also made sure that he consumed fresh vegetables every day as they are high in fiber and have vitamins that the body needs. It's been months since he made these changes and has lost around 105lbs.
