Armywivesmusic began his weight loss journey on September 16th of an undisclosed year. To start his journey, he was doing the P90X for ninety days to set the baseline for dieting.

Process

From January 14th, 2013 to April 1st, 2013, he did the 12-week trainer by Kris Gethin, which includes eating the right portions of carbs, fats, and proteins. After the program, he sought out a bodybuilding coach, Vinny Russo, who provided him with a carb cycling diet.

Outcome

As a result of his dedication, the weight that he lost, and the diet he followed, he came out with a healthier, more attractive body. The elasticity of his skin also came back chestily but slowly.
