Introducing GrendelGreg's Weight Loss Journey

GrendelGreg, a 25-year-old 5’2” individual, has gone through an inspiring weight loss journey. After reaching 220lbs, GrendelGreg set a goal to be in the range of 120-130lbs and start muscle building. Losing 40lbs, he focused on his dietary choices, regularly hitting the gym, and walking instead of commuting. A breathtaking transformation was witnessed in his journey and is visible on his face.

Challenges Faced During the Weight Loss Journey

GrendelGreg's weight loss journey was not an easy feat. Adapting to a new diet and regular exercise required strong willpower. Through the journey, the individual noted that using a strict 1200-calorie diet per day with little to no carbohydrates played a considerable role. He successfully cut out soda too. In addition to that, he developed a gym habit and started lifting. These choices were helpful while overcoming stumbling blocks along the way, ultimately shaping his physique in a recognizable way.

How Long on T?

When GrendelGreg posted about his transformation on Reddit, many people were interested to see the changes. One redditor asked how long he had been taking T. An eager follower of the process, GendelGreg replied that he had completed his 9th month on T. He started growing a beard around the 6th month and noticed that he has been hairy since.
