Diet

MxGlorY's diet was centered around chicken breast, vegetables, Greek yogurt, tuna, fruit, and unsalted rice cakes. He cooked all of his meals at home and ate every three hours. He cut out soda, sugar, candy, and all sweets from his diet. Eating frequently prevented overeating and along with eliminating junk food, he stayed away from alcohol. Cheat days were incorporated every two weeks, as a reward.

Exercise

MxGlorY admits to being weak when he first started working out, doing a lot of machine exercises to build his strength. For cardio, he started with the stationary bike, later transitioning to running one mile per session. As his strength increased, he transitioned to lifting free weights and exercises that kept him standing up to promote core strength. Plateaus were reached at various points, lasting from several weeks to longer, but he overcame them by increasing his reps and making his diet more extreme.

Supplements

MxGlorY used supplements to complement his diet and exercise. Protein shakes were consumed immediately after his workout, while a pre-workout drink roughly taken 30 minutes before working out gave him an extra burst of energy. Supplements such as creatine were used to gain muscle while getting protein synthesis from a daily Intra workout drink. Lean Xtreme was used during the beginning of his regimen to adjust his body to changes.
