Sammygzz's Journey to a Healthier Body

Sammygzz, a 17-year-old male, has been on a weight gaining journey for the past two years. He started at around 54kg and has since then gained about 7kg.

The Gym Regimen

Sammygzz's workout regimen mainly consists of 4 exercises, 4 sets, and 10-15 reps per muscle group.
