Andreasmpoulsen, a Reddit user shared his amazing weight journey of 103lbs in just 6 months. This post showed how the combination of diet, exercise and self-care can result to great weight loss success.

Diet

The 290lbs man wrote that he focused on calculating the CICO: Calories In, Calories Out ratio. He also added protein to every meal in his diet. Andreasmpoulsen tried doing OMAD, but it made him feel bad, so he stopped and ate at least 3 meals a day. Currently, he eats 2000-2400 calories and 100g+ protein per day.

Exercise

Andreasmpoulsen revealed he working out at the gym for 4-5 times a week, doing PPL routine, on top of that, he tries to do some cardio every day, whether walking, running, or biking. He always aims for 10k steps.

Weight Plateaus

The 187lbs man admitted he had experienced a plateau several times during his journey. So, he tried doing OMAD, which was very effective, but he was also starving, so he wished he had just increased his weekly cardio instead of trying to lose weight too quickly.

Conclusion

Andreasmpoulsen’s journey showed that weight loss success is achievable through proper diet, exercise and self-love. His advice is to find what works best for an individual and is sustainable.
