M/25/6'8" [348lbs > 220lbs] (19 months) - i never used to go outside, in february 2021 that changed, i started going walking less then 5 mins per day, each week adding 5 mins till i at least walked 30 mins per day, and since february this year i started exercising, this is my progress so far :)
