Tikasaba, a Reddit user, shares her weight-loss journey with the world, inspiring many individuals who are struggling with their weight. Tikasaba managed to lose approximately 20 pounds in a month and a half by picking up a gym routine, working out 5-6 times a week, and following a strict workout plan.

Tikasaba started focusing on legs, arms, and abs alternatively, depending on the day, before ending each workout routine with the 12-3-30 treadmill/cardio routine, which entails running on a treadmill with an incline of 12, speed of 3, and a duration of 30 minutes. Tikasaba makes slight adjustments and increases the workout intensity as she feels stronger and more comfortable.

Tikasaba states that her journey began with a focus on benefiting her mental health, but it's a plus that it's helping with her physical health as well. Tikasaba works a full-time job as a registered nurse from Monday to Friday 8-5; however, she wakes up early to hit the gym before and after work on good days. She admits that consistency is the hardest part, but now she's so used to it that when she has off days, she doesn't feel as good

Tikasaba's routine has paid off, and her transformation is impressive. She went from weighing 155 pounds to about 130ish pounds, showcasing her weight loss journey with a side-to-side comparison that highlights her significant facial gains, eliciting compliments from other Reddit users.

Tikasaba's weight journey proves that with determination and consistency, one can achieve their goals, inspire others, and benefit both their physical and mental health. It is essential to start, even if it's baby steps or one small change at a time, and tweak the process along the way. Trying different routines and finding out what works for you is key to a successful weight-loss journey.
