M/28/5’8” [285lbs-245lbs=40lbs total loss] I’ve been lifting/dieting for about 2 months now 6 days/week. I track my calories with MyFitnessPal. My goal is 2800 calories a day, and I usually hit about 2000 most days. But the past 2 weeks or so, I can’t seem to get below 245 pounds. Any advice?
