CoryVictorious, a Reddit user, started his weight loss journey with the One Punch Man workout. The anime-inspired workout is known to be simple yet intense - it involves running 10 kilometers, 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and 100 sit-ups every day. Although it may seem like an easy workout, the continuous process proves to be challenging. CoryVictorious has run 1,550 miles this year and lost 25 lbs in just 8.5 months.

CoryVictorious' workout routine starts at 5 am with a fasted 10K run before moving to the workout. The workout, which takes about 15 minutes, includes 25 unweighted squats, 25-40 sit-ups, and 10-15 push-ups. CoryVictorious even added variation to the workout such as Archer push-ups or other exercises for bicep, tricep, chest, and shoulder. He alternates between these exercises and leg exercises.

When asked about his diet, CoryVictorious said he mostly eats clean food and bakes his bread from scratch. But, he's known to have cheat meals, drinks socially, and is a heavy stoner. He said his goal wasn't to be crazy fit, but he runs so he can eat, and he eats so he can run.

The One Punch Man workout itself isn't that difficult; in fact, the anime emphasizes how ridiculous the workout is. The most challenging part of the workout for CoryVictorious was running, but he advises to listen to your body and start with shorter distances or walk and work your way up.

CoryVictorious' weight loss journey is a testament that willpower and consistency can yield impressive results. It's not always about doing the most complicated exercise or a super strict diet. Sometimes, it's as simple as just moving your body every day and making healthier choices.
