M/22/6’1” [240 > 200lbs = 40lbs] 14 months, last 2 months of aggressive cutting. Came off an injury+surgery that caused me to become inactive, gave up on my diet and gained a lot of weight. As soon as I could work out again I didn’t look back, it was hard but worth it. Now going for 190lbs.

Aggressive Cutting and Lots of Cardio

For the last two months, avogadrosnumber6022 has been doing a lot of cardio every day, running about 15 miles a week, plus stair climbing, ergometer, and swimming. They also switched to a 1000 calorie deficit diet of eggs, oats, and meal-prepped chicken, black beans, and quinoa or rice. To maintain energy levels during weightlifting, they timed their carbs (oats and fruit) before lifting and used caffeine for a boost.
