M/37/6'0"[329>160=169] Today marks three years since I started my weightloss journey. Two years ago I weighed roughly 180lbs. I have officially kept my weight off two years. I'm kinda proud of myself. Just wish I hadn't waited so long. To everyone still on their journey you can absolutely do it!
