Male in His 30s Sees Amazing Transformation After Losing 46Lbs

This is a progress pic of a male who has lost 46lbs, going from 176lbs to 130lbs. He is 5'5 tall. He started his journey in November of 2020 and has mostly been doing bodyweight exercises. His scale says he is at 16% bodyfat, but he is wondering if he looks like he is at that percentage. He is glad he made it this far before he turned 40 years old.

A progress pic of a 5'5" man showing a fat loss from 176 pounds to 130 pounds. A respectable loss of 46 pounds.
M/39/5’5” [176lbs>130lbs=46lbs lost]. Started in Nov 2022 and been doing mostly bodyweights. My scale says I’m at 16%-ish bodyfat, does this look 16%? Now I realised how exponentially difficult it is to further drop another % in BF. Glad I made it this far before hitting 40 lol
