LittleBobbyTables-js achieved his weight loss by starting off at slowly reducing his 2000+ calorie intake, targeting 1600-1700 calories per day. He also practiced intermittent fasting (16/8), with cold brew coffee to regulate appetite in the mornings to suppress hunger cravings.
