Calorie Deficit and Fasting

LittleBobbyTables-js achieved his weight loss by starting off at slowly reducing his 2000+ calorie intake, targeting 1600-1700 calories per day. He also practiced intermittent fasting (16/8), with cold brew coffee to regulate appetite in the mornings to suppress hunger cravings. Skipping breakfast gave him an extra boost to lose weight successfully.

Reducing Carb Intake and Switching to Coke Zero

LittleBobbyTables-js primarily reduced his carb intake, and focused more on consuming protein. In addition, he replaced regular Coke with Coke Zero which helped cut down on additional calories.

Including Running and a Lifting Routine

LittleBobbyTables-js made sure to include running into his daily routine, along with a weight lifting regimen. His lifting routine was not too structured, but included some dumbbell lifting throughout the day when he was working, spending time on Tinder, or anytime the gym was unoccupied. His lifting routine was focused on upper body and lower body exercises, and he worked out 3-4 times a week.

Future Plans for Building Muscle

LittleBobbyTables-js is now focused on building muscle, and is looking to increase his protein intake to 150g per day. He plans to start a more structured lifting routine, and is researching and trying to find some helpful resources. He is also planning on incorporating more compound lifts like clean and press, deadlifts, and squats into his routine.

Final Thoughts

LittleBobbyTables-js' transformation is truly inspiring and shows what can be achieved with consistent hard work and discipline. His success demonstrates that determination and effort truly pay off, regardless of where you start. His weight loss journey might help others who may be feeling demotivated and need encouragement to start their own journey. It can be done, and it's essential to remember that it's a process that requires time and effort, but the rewards are worth it.
