M/31/5'10 [180>164 = 14] Took me now close to 20 weeks to lose fat and also build muscle with proper diet and training! The goal is to lose another 5lb and 2-3% B.F which would put me around 6-8% B.F and be ready for a fitness show or fitness shoot!
