F/26/5'7" [177lb>192lbs=15lbs] 1 year of gains! Got down to my lowest weight last summer and decided to start adding strength training to my daily routine a year ago. Struggled to accept the number on the scale but proud of the progress I have made on my strength and overall fitness.
